Wakako, aka WKK, moved to the US from her homeland of Tokyo, Japan in 2000. In the 9-plus years here in the States, she has lived and worked in
SF, Las Vegas and Hawaii. She expresses her art through watercolor, acrylic, and tattooing, with an influence of Japanese style. She is in the shop Mondays
and Fridays all day, Saturdays and Sundays by appointment only..
SITE
Jennifer Overbury began tattooing
in 1992 in northern California. She apprenticed at Diamond Club
Tattoo Studio in San Francisco from 1997-2000.
She then lived
in Santa Cruz, California and tattooed at Pleasure Point Tattoo.
In 2006, she moved back to San Francisco with her husband and
two-year-old twins,
and began tattooing at Soul Patch Tattoo and
Piercing on Haight Street. She tattoos in a wide variety of styles
and especially loves traditional Japanese, black-and-grey,
and
portrait work, and is happy to draw custom tattoos for her clients.
